How long will it take to receive my home product?

It usually takes 1 to 2 days to process your order, then 5 to 21 days to deliver it directly to your home.

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes of course. We send all over the world.

Do you provide tracking information?

You can directly track your package from our order tracking page.

Some items are missing in my order, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will probably arrive soon.

I received a damaged article, what can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a photo of the damaged item at the email address: contactsmartcgy@gmail.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible or if you wish to make a refund.
(Does not apply to promo items).

I have not received my order yet, what takes so much time?

We apologize for this delay. Sometimes international maritime transport can take longer than expected due to customs clearance, and the CVIV-19 crisis. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to solve all the problems our customers meet during their online orders. If you always want to be refunded, we can of course cancel the payment, but only if the appeal is introduced within 14 days of the date of receipt of the package.
(Do not apply to items at a reduced price).

Payments

We only accept euro payments. The conversion service simply provides an estimate of the conversion.We accept the following payment methods:

SECURITY

All credit card transactions and PayPal take place through their platform.
No details on these types of payment will be registered by our shop. We also accept the credit cards recorded in the 3-D Secure service, and it will be necessary an additional PIN.
In addition, we use a security certificate with SSL 1024bit encrypted connection to strengthen safety standards. Fraud attempts will be detected and reported to local authorities.
